Mandy and Alina wanted to show the importance of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester exercises and how its ok to hit up the lighter weights. Of course you can still pump iron and lift a little heavier but if your feeling uncomfortable, or under pressure to keep lifting heavy weights, DON’T! You are still able to stay FIT and STRONG while lifting lighter weights or even using your beautiful bump as body weight. The point of exercising, is to exercise and whether your staying STRONG by lifting your heavy weights and feeling comfortable with them, or lifting lighter weights while adding more reps, you and baby are totally still benefiting and staying healthy and in shape! Here are Mandy and Alina’s top 5 moves for using lighter weights or your baby bump as added weight.
